Aaron and Hannah Gilles: Co-owners

Aaron meets with clients to discuss project details and provides dirt-work quotes. He manages contractors and construction crews.  Aaron also handles material orders, coordinates deliveries, and ensures each completed building undergoes thorough inspections for quality assurance.

Hannah supervises the daily operations of the office team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and customers receive excellent service. She oversees client communications, supports the sales process, and finalizes contracts.

Executive Assistant: Kenzie

With six years of customer service experience, Kenzie plays a key role as the owners' assistant, managing a wide range of responsibilities. She handles phone calls, responds to client emails, updates contracts, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Her attention to detail and dedication help provide our clients with the best possible experience.

Permit Specialist: Heather

Heather works with our clients and their county or city to obtain building permits. Her experience, knowledge and diligence takes the hassle out of permitting and provides a seamless process.

Receptionist: Kim

Kim is often the welcoming voice that greets our callers, offering a professional and courteous experience from the very first hello. She communicates clearly, listens attentively, and ensures each call is handled efficiently. Her calm, organized approach supports smooth day-to-day operations and leaves a positive impression on everyone she speaks with. 

Marketing Manager: Holly

Holly leads our marketing across all platforms, combining creativity and insight to build strong connections with clients. With expertise in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing, she helps clients make informed selections by showcasing recent work and ensures they always have up-to-date information. Draftsman: Miles

Miles draws the plans for all of our buildings. He takes customer's ideas and creates functional and attractive designs that are compatible with post frame construction. He always does a great job in a timely manner.

Crew Foreman: Trey

Trey allows us to expand the custom options we are able to offer to all of our clients. Trey is a great leader and is dedicated to completing each job with excellence. He has a friendly personality, and we know that our clients are going to love him!

Crew Foreman: Mitch

Mitch has a passion and love for building! As a professional builder, he leads his team to complete each building with precision. He is very dedicated, hardworking, and he possesses many attributes that make him a great leader.

Crew Foreman: Hayden

Hayden is a highly skilled and knowledgeable builder. His strong critical thinking, confidence, and communication skills set him apart. Combined with his positive attitude, Hayden's expertise ensures our customers receive both assurance and satisfaction.

Crew Foreman: Josh
Josh is an experienced superintendent and foreman with a strong record of leadership on job sites. Known for his kindness, reliability, and unmatched work ethic, he’s built a reputation as someone no team wants to be without. His dedication, practical expertise, and commitment to quality make him an essential part of every project he takes on.

Dirt-Work Contractor: Zach

Zach’s team builds top-quality construction pads, and their customer service is second to none. The expert work they do on-site is what makes our barn photos stand out – it’s the dirt work that really makes a building feel like part of the landscape! Thanks to their skilled construction, customers can count on a solid, long-lasting foundation. They’re also the go-to for any questions about dirt work, gravel driveways, culverts, drainage, or clearing.

Concrete Customer Service Manager: Oscar 

Oscar does an outstanding job coordinating the concrete aspects of the building process. He provides quotes for driveways, sidewalks, approaches, and custom concrete requests. Always ready to answer any concrete-related questions, customers consistently praise him as the best.

Concrete Crew Supervisor: Joakim

Joakim leads the concrete crews with great expertise, and his work consistently stands out. Concrete is one of our most praised features, thanks to his exceptional leadership.

Garage Door Contractor: Matt

Matt is an owner/operator door installer, and he’s widely regarded as one of the best in the post frame industry. While he could easily run a large company, he prefers to install every door himself to ensure each one meets his high standards and is flawless. Matt is the go-to expert for all door-related questions, including high-lifting, door openers, and operating instructions.

Site Cleanup Coordinator: Gary

Gary takes care of the post-construction clean-up and always does a fantastic job. He’s committed to making sure every customer is satisfied with his work.
