Building Process & Timeline

  1. Permit (if required):
We will handle the necessary permit application if your project requires one, if you would like.

  2. Dirt Work:
We can quote the dirt-work onsite. The site will be prepared, including leveling and any necessary grading.

  3. Construction of the Building:
The exterior of the building will be constructed, including walls, roof, and foundation.

  4. Plumbing & Electrical (optional):
At this stage, plumbing, and sometimes electrical work will be done, depending on your preferences. We do not offer plumbing or electrical services, but we will give you plenty of time to complete these before we pour the concrete. We can recommend contractors for both.

  5. Concrete:
After plumbing, we will pour the concrete for the foundation.

  6. Garage Doors:
We will install the garage doors once the exterior is complete.

  7. Electrical Work:
Electrical installation can also (usually) take place after the concrete is poured. We do not provide electrical services but can recommend a trusted electrical contractor.
